  • Why do I need to verify my account?

    There are four main reasons why you should verify your account.

    1. Security. By providing the personal information required for verification, you prove that you are who you claim to be. In this way, we help prevent a third party from impersonating you and using your payment information for fraud.
    2. Eligibility. The verification of your identity proves that you can legally participate in crypto exchange, including being of age.
    3. Regulatory compliance. Verifying your identity is necessary to comply with anti-money laundering and other financial regulations needed to ensure the safety of your operations.
    4. Enhanced opportunities. Passing higher verification levels will allow you to access more platform functions such as unlocking fiat transactions and raising their limits.
  • Why are there different verification levels?

    Account verification is crucial to ensuring your safety on the XBO.eu platform. We use multiple security protocols and standards. But a fully verified account creates an additional layer of protection against malicious activities.

    We've separated the process into three levels to allow you to access some platform features even before the full verification is complete.

    Pass these verification levels to unlock the following deposit and withdrawal limits:

    Level 1 – Occasional

    • Crypto: deposit with no limits and withdraw up to $1K per day (up to $10K for this level).

    Level 2 - Basic

    • Crypto: deposit without limits and withdraw up to $5,000 per day.
    • Fiat: deposit and withdraw up to $1,000 per day ($5,000 per month).

    Level 3 – Pro

    • Crypto: deposit and withdraw with no limits.
    • Fiat: deposit and withdraw with no limits.
  • Where can I check the status of my verification?

    You can check your verification status in your personal profile.

    In the mobile app:

    • Tap on Menu. Your verification level status will be displayed right next to your name, along with all the other actions available for your account.

    On the web platform:

    • Hover your mouse over the Account icon in the bottom, right corner of the XBO.eu home page. Your verification status, along with other account information, will appear.

    There are four types of verification statuses:

    1. Verified (Occasional, Basic, or Pro)
    2. Pending
    3. Declined
    4. Unverified
  • How do I change my residential address?

  • How is the personal information I provide during verification protected?

    XBO.eu protects your data using the highest standards of customer data protection.
